LEGO collaborated with Trigger XR to create a web app for their LEGO Mosaic Maker sets. Accessible on mobile, tablet, and desktop browsers, it allowed users to turn photos into LEGO Mosaics, supporting a range of image types and color matching to LEGO pieces. The web-based app featured mosaic-based photo filters and customization options while also facilitating online ordering or in-store purchases.

Role

As an XR Director, I helped to guide the project from the initial tech discovery phase through to shaping the product design, creative approach, and visual fidelity. Alongside a talented team, I managed all creative aspects, including the Mosaic's design, UX/UI, microsite creation, and the localization approach. My role also involved providing oversight for the integration with LEGO's main website. In close collaboration with the client and our team, we ensured the experience met AA accessibility standards and jointly developed promotional assets for the launch in the US, UK, and Asian markets.
